Nature-Based Retreats & Yoga
I've discovered that the combination of nature and intention holds remarkable transformative power. Through personalized retreats set in natural environments, I guide individuals and groups seeking inner peace and alignment of mind, body, and spirit. Employing a trauma-informed methodology, I empower clients to lead their own journeys towards realizing their aspirations. Utilizing somatic practices like yoga, mindfulness meditation, and outdoor immersion, we reconnect with our bodies, fostering healing and resilience after experiencing trauma.
Offerings:
Rewilding for Women
Get (back) in touch with your innate feminine wisdom by connecting with yourself, nature, and other women in wild places. I am devoted to sharing the healing power of the outdoors with others.
Yoga & Mindfulness
Re-connect your mind and body through yoga and mindfulness retreats in beautiful and wild places. My classes are designed to empower people of all abilities and ambitions, whether for physical strength, inner calm, or connectedness to breath. I use a trauma-informed approach to my sessions, meaning you have the power to choose what feels good for your body on any given day.

Recent Experience
Field Instructor, Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness
Lindsay facilitated one-on-one and group therapy sessions with at-risk youth and young adults, using a nomadic model, in the Appalachian Mountains. Through mindfulness techniques, the students were challenged to explore their identity, understand and regulate emotions, foster resiliency, learn assertive communication, cope with grief and trauma, and improve self-care.
Yoga for humanitarians
I recently facilitated trauma-informed yoga sessions for humanitarians working in Ukraine and Moldova to cope with the stressors of life and work in an emergency setting.
Certified Yoga Teacher, Karuna Yoga Journeys
I began my yoga teacher journey in 2021 exploring trauma-informed yoga foundations with Yoga for Humankind, and have since graduated as a vinyasa yoga teacher (with elements of yin) in 2022 with Karuna Yoga Journeys. I enjoy leading classes outside in nature, connecting mind with body, using a yin/yang style of yoga to balance and ground ourselves. I have taught classes for women in Kenya, Moldova, Ukraine, and the United States both online and in-person.
International Women’s Day Retreat
I led an all-levels community yoga class as a part of a retreat for F-Cafe, a women-led organization and green creative hub for all people to learn, grow and connect to nature and each other in Watamu, Kenya for International Women’s Day.

“I love, love, loved your class, everything about it. The theme was so beautifully followed throughout and I felt like it was so well thought out.”
