Social Worker | MHPSS & Protection Advisor | Adventurer

Hi, I’m Lindsay—a social worker and humanitarian passionate about supporting mental health and psychosocial wellbeing for communities affected by conflict, inequality, gender-based violence, and other potentially traumatic experiences. I believe mental health is a human right, and that healing happens in safe, compassionate, and culturally grounded spaces.

Whether I’m working one-on-one or supporting organizations, I take a trauma-informed, systems-based approach—recognizing that individual wellbeing is deeply connected to the structures and communities around us. I use evidence-based practices to help people reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and foster lasting change.

If you’re navigating a personal journey or seeking thoughtful, strategic MHPSS support, I’d love to connect. You’re not alone—and I’m so glad you’re here.

Consulting

I work with international and local organizations to provide technical support to Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and protection programs designed to support vulnerable populations, in particular, children, survivors of conflict, trauma, and gender-based violence.

Therapeutic Support

I offer personalized therapeutic support for individuals and groups to gently unpack and move through emotional and psychological challenges—such as self-limiting beliefs, anxiety, and depression—so they can reconnect with their strengths and move toward healing and growth.

Somatic nature-based experiences

I facilitate and guide inspiring mind-body practices designed to heal and empower. These include yoga and meditation, group retreats and wilderness journeys, all tailored to individual needs and informed by the latest research.
